eFraudNetwork Service Migration – Web Threat Detection – Customer Action Required
Dear eFraudNetwork Service Customer,
This is an important notice to inform you that as part of RSA’s on-going commitment to quality of service, we are migrating our eFraudNetwork (eFN) service to a new Data Center and IP address range.
As part of this migration, customers utilizing eFN through the Web Threat Detection eFN integration will be required to make changes to their network configuration to accommodate the new interface IP addresses used by RSA. RSA will coordinate a test migration date with our customers to ensure continued connectivity and functionality prior to the completion of the migration.
Please note that failure to perform these actions by March 4th 2018 may result in disruption or complete loss of service during the test window, and failure to perform these actions by April 15th, 2018 may result in disruption or complete loss of service.
Planned Migration Timeline:
eFN new environment connectivity test availability
February 18th, 2018
Migration transition test (24 hour switchover to new environment)
