RSA Web Threat Detection Update Regarding Adobe Flash End of Support
Adobe has announced that it will stop distribution, updates, and support of Flash as of December 31, 2020. Major browser makers have begun removing support for Adobe Flash in their latest browser versions. (Apple, Google, Microsoft).
Adobe Flash is a core component of the RSA Web Threat Detection User Interfaces. Attempting to use latest browser versions that no longer support Adobe Flash will result in the UI not functioning.
To mitigate this issue, RSA recommends using older FireFox browser versions that support Adobe Flash and are available for download. RSA recommends that this browser be used for the sole purpose of accessing the WTD User Interfaces. See the Related Links section below for information about downloading Firefox versions that support Flash.
