Access Manager SNMP interface does not return counters for aserver cache entries.
SNMP query returns the following error for some aserver cache counters:
"The device returned the query in an incompatible format; value: 0.0000"
SNMP is unable to return the following counters for a particular aserver cache entries:
aserverCacheName aserverCacheSize aserverCacheTotalEvents aserverCacheTotalHits aserverCacheTotalMisses aserverCacheHitRatio
Instrumentation server in debug mode shows no values returned for a particular cache: (URL_CACHE in this example):

When a particular cache has a zero value for aserverCacheTotalHits the SMTP interface returns null for all counters for this cache instead of returning zero.
This problem has been resolved in hotfix 6.0.4.07 for RSA Access Manager 6.0.4. Contact RSA Customer Support and request this hotfix, or the latest hotfix for this version.
