Error when installing the Agent:
"Your Apache web server doesn't appear to have DSO (module) support enabled."
Issue
How to debug the RSA Access Manager 4.9.x Agent installers.
/apache2/bin $ ./httpd
./httpd: error while loading shared libraries: libaprutil-1.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Cause
These products use the InstallAnywhere installer. See the InstallAnywhere documentation for full documentation.
Resolution
For unix systems, set the following environment variable before running the installer. It will cause debug output to be logged to a file called jx.log
export LAX_DEBUG=file
