Issue
Invalid header error due to duplicate basic authentication headers in the request.

When authenticating to the agent using basic authentication credentials the agent is setting a duplicate set of BASIC Authentication headers. One set has the username and password, and one set has only the username.
Resolution
This problem was introduced inadvertently in hotfix 4.0.0.13. Please upgrade to the 4.6, 4.7, or 4.8 version of the agent.
Workaround
Applied hotfix 4.0.0.13 or later to the 4.0 Agent for SunOne 6.0
