Issue
A message similar to the following is reported in the ctagent.log file every time Apache starts up:
2015-11-11 19:32:58 +0900 - [3123443456] - <Warning> - The console thread is not yet started
Resolution
This is related to the config_restart utility which was never supported in Apache or IIS agents. SunJava and Domino support this utility.
When the Apache root process first starts, it initializes and cleans up all threads and then the child process re-initializes. This warning is thrown by the root process during initialization.
This is not a critical issue and simply a warning that can be ignored.
