Offline job not triggering

Hi Team,

Recently did some changes in the database and refreshed everything.Now offline job is not triggering?

Could you please explain the steps how we can debug this issue?

Can you clarify what changes were done on DB and what errors do you observe for Offline execution?

Thanks Vinay for quick response.

We have changed stand alone database  to RAC database.So changed data sources and restarted.

Now offline job did not triggered at all.So no errors observed.

We enabled it in back office as well.So could you please provide steps to resolved this issue.Thanks.

Hi Manthri,

As far as I remember, when RAC is enabled, there are some additional scripts which needs to be run of DB as well, can you check if that was done?

I would request you to create a support ticket with logs and more information attached for troubleshooting.

We already ran few scripts from DB end and could you please tell me which logs need to share with RSA?

server.logs,forensic.logs,audit.logs etc...

As you report the issue is with offline tasks, the offline and scheduler logs would be of interest. You can also supply aa_server would be helpful too.
