Your new SMS provider must be supported by RSA Authentication Manager. For a list of supported SMS providers, go to https://community.rsa.com/community/products/rsa-ready/.
Do one of the following:
Reconfigure the HTTP Plug-In. For more information, see Configure the HTTP Plug-In for On-Demand Tokencode Delivery.
Implement a custom plug-in. For more information, contact your RSA sales representative.
