Is there any way to populate a notification with the users first name (i.e. Dear Jane) or first and last name (i.e. Dear Jane Smith) instead of last name, first name (i.e. Dear Smith, Jane)?
You could use a text field (off layout) thats calculated and then use a calc that takes the User/Group list field or Record Permission Field and displays it as FN LN then use the calc field in the notification.
