Alerts not showing in Alert History
Is this happening for one of views or all views ? What's the time frame you have setup under "Setup Alert History" in Alert Configuration. May be you need to change them to see your alerts.
Ok I had this same exact issue. The solution was really odd - I believe it was related to how the hostnames were stored in Envision, but I can't remember. I know that tech support resolved the issue for me. Call them up and have them review the case notes for C11289808.
