Appending Human Readable Date/Time to Reports

Hi Guys,

Currently when enVision reports are sent out via SMTP, the attached report file names are appended with the UTC timestamp of when they were sent.

i.e. - DummyReport-1343979352865.pdf 

Is there anyway to change this into a human readable format?
