A client of ours is running 2 identical AS400 servers. One of the AS400 logs gets parsed to the envision, the other AS400 in the ISERIES_x.x.x.x folder, I verified the auditdta.txt file gets uploaded, but basically it just sits there, it does not get parsed to envision.
Any ideas how I can trouble shoot this?
Double check to make sure it is configured under the Overview > System Configuration > Services > Device Services > Manage File Reader Service section. Might not be entered there. Also, can use Event Viewer, select "NIC System" as device type, then filter on "fileread", (not case sensitive) and see what messages you are seeing there.
