Is it possible to audit logins to envision and what the user did in envision?

Why, yes!
...but I believe you'll need to create your own report for it. When doing so, my recommendations for fields to select are:
Date/Time, Username, Site, Action, and Object Name
Oh, and you'll want to select these from the "NIC Audit" table.
