Aventail SSL VPN Log Parsing Issue

Hi Have updated the Aventail SSL VPN from 4.6.0 to 4.6.1 and the Envision is not able to properly parse the data. Do anyone have any information on this... The logs are not being collected and stored under the Unkown & RHLinx device..

1. Which collections method your using FTP log or Syslog..?

2. Which Versions.?

Thanks for your interest. Please find the required information below.

1. The collection method is Syslog.

2. The version of Aventail SSL VPN is 4.6.1 & the RSA Version is RSA 4.1 SP1 Patch1.

For syslog collection RSA supports only version 10.0.
