Bind Reports and Shared Data Set..
Is there a way to create a group of reports (I would think a bind report), that uses one set of data to run the same report against with multiple criteria?
Real example…
We run a Windows Group Change report each week for multiple AD Groups… I want each group change report to be independent of the other (ie. Domain Admins, SQL Admins, Schema Admins, Enterprise Admins..) I don’t want 1 report with all of the data together… All of these reports could be generated from the same gathered data set… If I pull all Windows Changes for the past week, I could quickly generate each report without going back to the database to grab the data again…
So.. can I use 1 dataset for multiple reports and, second, how can I use the same report name multiple times in a bind report with different criteria? When I do a bind report it only allows me to select each report 1 time… deficiency or user error?

I think I get what you're looking for. You want 5 (for example) different copies of the same report; one for each group of admins. To do this as a bind you'd need to create 5 versions of that same report. Using a variable will either create a report with all the groups in 1 report or just 1 report for 1 group. So you'd need to create:
Windows Group Change - Domain Admins
Windows Gorup Change - SQL Admins
...
Then bind it up and schedule it to share the data set.

Yep, that's what I'm looking for and that's the exact problem with the way the bind report is constructed now within enVision. I don't want to have to create a dedicated report for each group. That really defeats the purpose of having variables in a report.
I would much rather create a bind report like this:
Intel User Group Modfication Bind Report
- Run Against all Windows Domain Controllers for the Past Complete Week" (pull the data set one time and generate multiple outputs from it)
- Windows User Group Change Report
----- Query Dataset for Domain Admins and generate report
----- Query Dataset for Enterprise Admins and generate report
----- Query Dataset for Schema Admins and generate report
----- Query Dataset for Support Desktop Group and generate report
Creating multiple reports just to change the search criteria is going to clog up the already unsearchable mess of ad-hoc reporting that is currently present in enVision.
Your suggestion is the way that I've found to do it, I was just hoping I was missing something and there was a cleaner, more data efficient way to do it,

Yes, there is no way to do that and get separate reports out of it. You can get a single report with all 5 AD groups by doing a watchlist, but not 5 different reports. Work with the SE and Account Manager associated with you're account to get this idea up to product management.

Well...what if you did this as a workaround in the meantime:
Create your separate report using a watchlist with a different variable name for each one......make it a BIND...check the box to reuse data...then when you schedule the BIND it should list each of the watchlists individually...so you schedule 1 BIND but get your multiple single reports.
At least it gets you a little closer and probably has the benefit of reusing data.
