Bluecoat logs - file reader service - EPS spikes

We have a problem with Bluecoat logs (from SG510 and SG8100) these are sent by ftp to enVision, which are then read by the file reader service. When this happens the EPS spikes above the licence limit.

 

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Any solutions please?

The only that comes to mind right away is to change the max size of the file and the upload frequency.

What is your average Syslog EPS? What EPS are you license d for? You don't have any new devices in 'detecting' status when this occurs do you?
