Can't get to the GUI on Test box.
We finally got our Testbox back up and running after moving it to another datacenter. I can connect to the box via remote connection and get to the GUI on the appliance, but not directly from my desktop. Is there something I need to configure to get that to work?

If you can get to it from the appliance, you should be able to get to it from your desktop. did you try going to it using IP address instead of hostname? Maybe DNS isn't updated yet with the new informaiton. Also, if you switched datacenters are you sure that you aren't passing through a firewall that is blocking the traffic?

I tried both host names and IPs and there is no Firewall. Is there a file in the windows32/driver/etc folder that needs to be amended to allow access? I am at a lose.

What exactly are you seeing?
After logging in, do you only see the window that says "it's ok to close this window"? If this is the case then your desktop browser, or a toolbar on it, is probably set to block pop-ups. Open up the pop-up blocker for the enVision site and you should be able to get to the UI.
