Change the label dynamically

Good morning,

This is my new post on this forum and I'm french so I apology for my English.

I've created a simple report that shows the IDS ratio in a pie (High, Medium and Low) The severity is stored as a number in the database, that's the reason why my lengend looks like (1, 2 and 3)

I would like to automaticaly change these labels in High, Medium and Low and then associate them to a fixed colour (Red, Orange and Green)

I do not believe you can dynamically change the labels....however, if you post your report XML, I can take a look and see what can be done.  I usually have exported reports as CSV and created my graphs in Excel because there is more flexibility with it.
