Circuit and Statement Names/Labels within output action template
I am attempting to build out a new site using envision and I am curious as to how to include the Circuit and Statement names/labels within the output action templates. Does anyone know?

you have to create the output action template and later on assign it to an alert in the view.

That still does not answer my question as to how to enter the Circuit and Statement names into the output action. Any help would be appreciated!

Unfortunately there's no way to directly include that information within the alert output that is sent out (email/file/etc). However what you can do is enable Composite Events which will include a link within the output action which points to a CSV file. Within the CSV file you can view the circuit and statement names and other information which may be relevant for you as well.
Two things you will need to do.
- Enable the "Event List Filename" field in your output action template
- Configure the Composite Events (you need to specify a directory) by going into Alerts->Alert Configuration->Set Up Composite Events. If you generate a lot of alerts you may also want to configure archiving/purging event data as well.
