Creating an alert based on NIC free disk space - how?!

Experts,

Is there any way to create an alert based on the free disk of my enVision appliances?  I have a terrible problem of filling up the hard drives on my LCs.  I would like to create an alert that will fire off when we reach 30% of free total disk space. 

Any thoughts?  Is it possible?  Thanks!

Yes.

In enVision, go under Overview >> System Configuration >> Directories >> Set Up Directories and Disk Usage and set the "send an alert then disk usage exceeds" threshold to 70%

Then set an alert using NIC System message 100009 (this alert trips when the % set above is exceeded)
