Dashboard report "unavailable": the List is empty
since yesterday, the dashboard report list still empty. i have a message "unavailable".
it's happen after a creation of custom report with accidently special caracter in the title (may be a cause).
how torevover my report list?
Firstly, welcome to the forums, and above all, thank you for being an RSA customer.
Please consider moving this question as-is (no need to recreate) to the proper forum for maximum visibility. Questions written to the users' own "Discussions" space don't get the same amount of attention and can go unanswered for a long time.
You can do so by selecting "Move" under ACTIONS along the upper-right. Then search for and select: "RSA enVision".
In order to be able to track the issue you need to give us some more info on it.
Is only one Dashboard Item not showing?
Reports and Dashboard Items are similar, but actually are not connected. Why would a creation of a report mess up your dashboard? Could you post some more details? What does the Dashboard Item show? What does the custom report show?

In Overview/System Configuration/Dashboard Items/Dashboard Report i have an empty list (no report). thi is the unique place where i meet display troubles.
