device_list error and refreshing custom reports issue

Which version and service pack are you running? Also, are you on Content 1.0 or Content 2.0?

I think you are going to need to call into support. I believe that this is an issue with the device_list table in nic.db. If you have experience looking into nic.db you can see if you can select this table and view its contents...it could very well be that there might be a corruption issue, but I can't be sure. Support will be able to help you out though.

And the startISQL.cmd is how to access the nic.db?

Yes...and you should be able to select * from device_list
