ENTERPRISE DASHBOARD DONT REFRESH THE ALERTS

The enterprise dashboard dont refresh de alerts automatically.

 

Must  I have to modify the parameters in Alerts--Alerts Configuration--Set Up Alerter Service--Manage Device Asset Values?
