Envision problem - Error reading L1 Index file
Hello, In the Analysis / Message view menu, when I want to filter the messages to "Event type: Attack" or "Recon", I get the following error message: LSServer error - 1576927194 Error reading L1 Index file See attached file (printsceen). I would like to know what is this problem, and how can I fix it. Thank you,
Hello, From the %_envision%\bin directory on your ES/DS appliance run the command lsmaint -rebuild all -time 201203191400 201203201500 -devices *. This command may take several minutes to run and should be run from a console window (DRAC or RDP console mode) in case you are disconnected before the command completes. If this does not resolve your issue please open a case with support.
