Hi,
1) We had the same problem after we migrated from Win2k3 to Win2k8. The iso-image of Win2k8 that RSA provide has some misconfigurations and wrong hardening parameters. The main one concerning with the free space on C drive is that "Set Log Retention" parameter in local Active Directory policy is switched on.
So after some time yours C drive will be fulled by Archive files in C:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs.
Did you migrate to Win2k8?
2) If you didn't and you want to free some space - start search with the filter parameters for big size files on C drive like in the screenshot.
3) If you didn't migrate and you really want to increase space, I think you should buy new HDD if yours configuration physical, if it is virtual - just ask admins of virtual infractructure to increase its size.
Also you could prevent stopping of yours NIC collector service by changing this parameter:

I am not very Envision reliant. I have not worked with it enough to be able to answer, I apologize.
