enVision Troubleshooting
Am I the only person who has a hard time trying to find troubleshooting information for enVision online? Everytime I have an issue with enVision I log in to this forum, or go on to the enVision support page, hoping that I will find some little nugget of information that would help me fix my issue. I'm not sure why, but I do this over and over again hoping that I had missed a hard to find link somewhere that would take me into the land of useful support pages. Does this by Einstein's definition make me insane? Perhaps... Anyway, would it be possible to add a troubleshooting forum into the Intelligence Community? Does such a thing exist somewhere and I can't find it? I have looked in the "Knowledge Base" and find very little useful information in there.

Hopefully, we'll be able to build the user community into something that has more of this information. RSA is definitely supporting us, but is also relying on us for content.
Do you have a specific issue that you are trying to troubleshoot? Or one that you have recently troubleshot with support for which you can supply tips? If so, I'd recommend posting them on the general forums for now, and as other people do the same, we could compile the common resolutions and have them added to the content library.
If we start to see a lot of posts specifically about troubleshooting tips, then I'd suspect that RSA would create one -- for now, though, we have such a low volume of posts that I'm finding it convenient to just go to a small number of forums to view all the new posts.

No you are not alone. This is a problem I have been dealing with enVision support in the last year. The knowledge base is outdated and not functional at all. The worst is when I submit a problem/issue and is never enVision's problem and then a few days after banging heads with support we find out that it is either a limitation of enVision or the device may be supported but the current version not tested.
