enVision - Windows 2003 file protection issue
our customer have bought two new appliances ES-2560 with Windows 2003. When we turned the appliances on for the first time and logged on, the "Windows File Protection" window appeared on both of them. This window contained following information:
"Files that are required for Windows to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized version. To maintain system stability, Windows must restore the original version of these files. Insert your Service Pack 2 CD-ROM now".
We have reported this issue to the support and they provided us the last OS image G1 8051D from Nov 29 2007, but this image reported the same issue. Have anyone encountered this issue?
This sounds like an issue that you should report to Secure Care Online for troubleshooting and standard product support services. Please open a ticket with them.
I have got quite similar case. Once on my LC-SRV appiliance has been shown information about Windows file procection change and it asks about Windows Installation CD. I was trying with Windows 2003 R2 Enterpise ISOs but always it said that same that the CD is incorrect. Finaly I have used SFC/ scannow but the results are that same:
