EPS Calculation For New Implementation

Want to understand more on EPS Calculation while designing new RSA envision setup / implementation for a client.
Could you all please share your thoughts on this Question :
Q. - When we first seat back to design RSA envision solution for a new client, we have to calculate there EPS strength so that we can propose them with correct envision solution. Like, How many collectors required and how much EPS capacity license required for them and what will be the NAS capacity etc etc....
Is there any mechanism / formula / steps that can be used to calculate such EPS strength while solutioning for a NEW client.
Q. - How much a client's network team can help me on this ?
Appreciate all if you can share some solid solution on this topic.

There are some key questions that you need to ask before to get the correct enVision or Security Analytics solution. Examples: post-mortem (logs) or need realtime analysis (packets)?, brand/product/version for each device that client want to integrate into the solution?, retention time that needs the client?, appliance/virtual solution?, HA needed?, real budget or only evaluating?, any competitor? ... etc. etc.
But, the most important is ... contact your closest RSA pre-sales representative that can help you with the correct solution for your client.
