Does it go away after a moment? We often get a message opening up System Performance that our A-SRV is not reachable. After a second or two it goes away and things work fine for the rest of the day. I've been told that this is a known bug in enVision but it's honestly not perked up high enough for a call to support yet. If a common issue, it would be nice to get this fixed once and for all...
