We have some routers, Databases (Oracle and SQL) and Unix servers being reported as unknown types by RSA
Any pointers?
As per RSA's Recommendation we have upgraded RSA from 3.5.2 to 4 but no luck

What specific products and versions are these devices? Did you follow the instructions on the support site for configuring these device?
