Event Source update 20110817-133744?

On https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com/scolcms/set.aspx?id=8268 there is now eventSourceUpdate-20110817-133744.exe.  The page shows "Updated August 18, 2011".  The latest documentation update is still from 08/08.

Is this a new update from 20110729-141543 which was just released as the August update?  I ran the first part of the setup and it showed 0 new sources, 62 updated.

Through our processes to ensure the highest quality ESUs to our customers, post release testing revealed that there could have been an issue impacting the custom rules of some enVision 3.7 customers.  We have notified customers who have downloaded the earlier release and may have been impacted.  We didn't want to "spam" all of our customers when it impacted only a few.

The fixed ESU was reposted and made available on the 18th. No other changes were made to the content in the ESU.
