Arvind, There are a lot of variables, so I won't be able to give you a complete answer here. The first piece of info you need is to find out the exact verison you are currently running. From there I would recommend logging into Secure Care OnLine (SCOL) and reading the update documentation (i.e, the Migration Guides) to see if you can do a direct update to the version you wish to get to, or whether it will be a multi-step update. Read the Migration Guides carefully. If you are still lost after that, you may wish to contact support for assistance.
