How to recover or change Nic_system password. ?

We implemented RSA envision LS site with NAS box before year back . We have a problem with Nic_system password. We forgets Nic_system password and now want to upgrade envision 4.0 to 4.1. Is there is any document for recover or change Nic_system password ?

If you have admin account to your NAS and domain admin account to your domain, you can change passwords.

In any case to best way to know it is create ticket to support.

Hi there,

There is a documentation on the RSA SCOL website which may help you fixing this. It has procedure defined to change password and provided the default passwords as well for ENVision 4.0 version.
