Hi,
There is a migration guide for upgrading to enVision 4.1 SP1 and migrating from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008. This is where you want to start.
One of the steps in it is to perform a backup which is documented in the Backup and Recover guide. The Backup guide describes how to use our Config Export/Import tool which will automate the backup and restore necessary during the 2003 to 2008 migration. The tool is included in the zip with the enVision 4.1 SP1 software.
Here are links to the Migration guide, the Backup guide, and the SCOL page with 4.1 Documentation.

Thanks,
Guy
