Log data transfer

Is there a method for moving log data from one envision device to another?

I have an old system that we are going to decomission (v3.5.1).  I want to take some of the log data and put it on a different, newer system (v4) so it's still available for legacy and testing purposes.

Is there a supported method for this?

Hi,

We had a similar situation when moving from our old 50 series hardware to the newer 60 series(although the software versions were different).

We exported all the data (using lsdata) to an external NAS volume, and made the same volume available to the new enVision stack. enVision piaked up the additional (old) data during the re-index and the same was available if anyone absolutely needed to search for something. A little slow, yes, but available none the less.
