Made changes to XML, but it didn't have any affect on the collected logs

Hi,

I made couple of changes to one XML-file, but noticed that I wasn't able to map the device's message contents to it. It worked fine for new messages, but messages that were already collected was not included. I guess it's the way the system works? Every message is "flagged" during the log collection? How can I map the message contents to enVision database tables afterwards when I have already collected the messages?

I haven't taken the UDS course, so I can also be totally wrong with this.

Check out the lsmaint tool to solve your problem. Specifically lsmaint - rebuild all -device <device>

Also there is a lsmaint - help or lsmaint -? to further document what you are seeking.
