Migration of enVision

Hello, does this migration path is supported for enVision : From 3.1.1 to 3.3.4.
When I try to upgrade, I show the wizzard for 2 or 3 second then nothing else.

Is it normal ?

3.1.1 to 3.3.4 represents a major version update.

My advice to do incremental upgrades to get to 3.3.4.

Chances are you will have to reimage your appliance and install 3.3.4 fresh. You can back up the IPDB, your reports and custom alerts before this happens.
