More then 10 report

Is there a way to use a watchlist against a count in a report?

Example I want to see everyone with more then 10 failed login attemps.

Since normally I have created the report with date, account id's, type of failure and count(account id's).

So is there a way to either use a watchlist or some other way to remove any count between 1-9?

I have not found a way to use the SQL to limit the report due to the limitations of the UI.  My only suggestion is to create summary data based on this info if it is important enough to you to limit the value.  With summary data, you would be able to use > 10 in the where criteria to limit the values.
