Novell eDirectory Blank Data
Hi,
I tried to configure Novell eDirectory to envision Appliance. The enVision recognized it as a Novell eDirectory, but all the data are Null (I'm looking at the event analysis).
Anyone has an experience with this product?
Moshe.

Hello Moshe,
It is possible that your version of eDirectory is forwarding some different MIB/OID tags & values than what enVision is expecting.
I would contact support on this and be prepared to send them some log samples.

Ok,
So after working with support we found that working with eDirectory on Windows (Supported platform) is quiet diffrent than working with Novell server. The windows SNMP service add an additional "0" number in the OID, So when working with the same in Novell the enVision isn't recognized it an than we got the Null value.
For soluion please contact the support there is a workaround to solve it or contact me.
Moshe.
