Open Query in CSV

I was having a problem saving Analysis>Query findings in to a CSV file format. Envision would try to open the file but it would not open. I found that you need to hold the "Ctrl" button before you try to hit "Save All" then keep it down when you save the file locally or open it. I think this happened because of because of Microsoft malicious software applet configuration. May not be the case for everyone.

You may just want to have people on your team add the enVision app server to the trusted sites in Internet Explorer...this should allow everyone to open any popups/files pulled from enVision without the ctrl option. 

To do that, you just need to go to Tools -> Internet Options, pick the security tab, click the checkmark for Trusted sites, then click the sites button and add the URL.
