Report "Portal"
When I run a scheduled report, I can send the report output files or links to the reports... The links are incorrect for me because they send out the hostname which is different from the DNS friendly name that we have for accessing the system.
So.... I can have a user change the report link and get to a single report... is there a link that I can hand out instead that would just dump a user into Reports--\Scheduled Reports? Then I could just post this link somewhere and my managers (provided they have an account in enVision) can just use this generic link each week to check their reports..
My direct link goes something like this:
https://servername:8443/servlet/ReportAccess?RPTID=/.Host.Windows.Account%20Management.Windows%20-%20Account%20Changes%20Details&RPTLNK=/pireport/Group%20Changes/May2011/d13/h12/m30/Windows_-_Account_Changes_Details-1305313080565.html
Can I trim it down to something more like:
https://servername:8443/servlet/ReportAccess (this doesn't work but want something similar...)

hostname used in report link can be added as a DNS alias to the existing DNS entry.. Each report has a different link as the report name differs, Also this link tracks when the user accessed the report. It is currently not possible to have a single directory(generic) link listing all the reports You can create a run/read only account in envision for user to access all the scheduled reports
