RSA Envision ES-560 initial configuration
Hello,
I'm new to RSA and the discussion board. I re-imaged our ES-560 with the iso provided by support (2003 x64). I am getting to step 5 of 8 in the configuration (using lsconfigurationwizard.exe) and getting errors:
Launching 'silent'
ERROR: API = CreateProcess; error code = 2; message = cannot find the specified file.
ERROR: API = CloseHandle; error code = 6;message = the handle is invalid Output from process End of output from process
ERROR: API = WaitForSingleObject; error code = 6; message = the handle is invalid Unable to start Envision install C:\Windows\System32\regSave ======================= THE ENVISION CONFIGURATION WIZARD HAS FAILED =======================
I do not see a log anywhere telling me what specific file is missing. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Luke

There are no executables in that directory.
I went to the RSA site and downloaded Envision 4.1 and extracted the files to the directory. The documentation says it supports server 2003, but if I run the executable, it says it requires server 2008 R2. I'm going to download an older version of envision and try that.
Should there be other executables in that directory, or am I correct in downloading the envision executable(s)?
I assume that in the begining steps of the configuration, you are supposed to see the software as an option to install? I did not have an option to select earlier. I will rename the .cfg file and restart the configuration.
Thanks,
Luke

As it turns out, the application does not see version 4.1, but it does see version 4.0. After restarting the config with the 4.0 executable in the installations directory, everything worked.
Thank you for your assistance.
