SAP is working at other customers. Can you post some details about the steps that you followed to get it configured and any errors that you received?
I would definitely also open a support case at the same time - if I notice anything obvious I can comment, but it may be something that requires support input.

Unfortunately I do not. I have asked other customers and engineers about their SAP setups (since I do not have customers with a SAP configuration), and all have suggested that the configuration guide steps worked for them.
I suggest that you continue to press the support team for an answer, and if necessary engage your local envision specialist and technical consultant to assist you in driving this issue to a resolution. Escalate the case according to your maintenance agreement until you have a working solution, keeping in mind that a support case is a two way street and they will need your assistance in working together towards a solution.
What has been the progress (if any) with the support case? Have they suggested anything useful, and can you share the results of any recommendations they gave you?

On this moment I maked a script, my script make a translation of the SAP log, the fields in spanish are replaced for fields in english, then it´s work fine! is this a solution in house, but is any.
The envision support is working with this problem, but I don´t have time... and I don´t have news of envision support. I think that envision support is very bad
I´m system engineer of envision and I known fine the appliance, it´s case is only modify the code ZRSA_ with a ABAP programer, to foce this code to english, no more.

enVision SAP support is documented on Secure Care Online (https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com/scolcms/set.aspx?id=182) We do not suppport any deviations from this config documents.
Looking at the discussion, it also appears that there is a need for Non English Characters. enVision is currently not rated for receiving non english ie double byte / UTF-8 characters. We are planning a potential internationalized enVison somewher mid CY09 (to be confirmed later).
Additionally, enVision IC is not the place to discuss individual support tickets. If our communication works fine the customer will be updated on this issue via various other channels.

I have issue in integrating SAP ECC 6.0 with RSA enVision. Can somebody let me know the procedure for the same. As the configuration document provided by RSA is for SAP version 4.7. I am stucking at the TASK III of the configuration document. It says the JOB ZRSA is unknown. Pls help me with issue.
