scheduling large amounts of reports

For a specific customer with 22 departments, they want to have traffic reports

1) for each department separate

2) for the timeframes day, week, month, year

the report is setup such that it has a runtime variable "department"

and the scheduler allows to differ in "timeframe"

but: do i need to do this reports->report config -> schedule report  for 88 times  (4*22) (for each seperate report the customer wants) using the gui or is there a round the back way to fille the scheduling database?

and this customer wants an 20-something different reports generated

i hesitate to do this (20*4*22) times, any suggestions? please?

For each different frequency grouping, you can could a Bind and put all the associated reports into the Bind.

You can then just schedule the Bind, and all the reports within will run on the same indicated schedule.  This will greatly decrease the number of clicks you'll need to make to set your report schedules.
