Does anyone know if it's possible for one use to create views and share them to other envision users? This would be very very useful.

Do you mean can you create a view and then export it to some one elses system?
If so then yes, provided that it only contains correlatuion rules that have also been exported.
A bit messy but doable.

Actually I meant create some saved custom queries and have other users who log in be able to use them. When we tried it, it looked like it was only the person who created it that could use it.

An enVision admin may need to give access to the view to other users. To change these settings, go to the System Configuration menu on the Overview Tab, select Users --> Manage Users, choose the user you like, then
open the section on Alert view permissions. and make sure that the views you want to share aer selected. You can also do this for a group of users through the Manage Groups selection.
