simple backup guide for an ES device

Anyone know of a simple guide for setting up automated backup for an ES device?

On the ES device, I planned to map a drive to an external storage PC.

Then use either Windows backup or LSMaint (think they are my only options) to copy the files across to the drive. 

I'm sure there must be one somewhere.

Do you want enVision or the log data?  For enVision, back up:

E:\nic\4000 (or what your version is)

E:\nic\csd

E:\nic\installables

I want to backup both.

I don't have any specialbackup software.

Is it best to use the LSMaint command?
