simultaneous user session limits
Hi,
With the LS series limit of 16 simultaneous users per A-Serv, it is possible to effectivly lockout the administrator user from access to the enVision Web UI if all of the sessions are in use.
A big stick workaround for this is to login to the underlying Windows OS (assuming this is possible, maybe at the console?) and to re-start the Web service. But this is ugly because it also restarts some of the statistics that the whole thing uses to calculate alerts. Is there a command line user session management tool?
Apart from just buying more A-servs, which is rather expensive, are there any other solutions to this problem?
Thanks,
Mark.

I believe the only way to log users off is through the GUI. System Configuration...Users...Manage User Sessions. That process uses a servlet to manage the sessions...I will dig some more, not sure there is really something at command line.
