Siteminder Integration using ESI

Hi,

I defined successfully two messages id with ESI and no error is found, the package is deployed successfully also to Envision V4, the event source is detected correctly as siteminder device but no message is Parsed correctly.

 Where I should verify to troubleshoot this problem?

Do any events show up in the Event Viewer?

Which table did you choose to parse the events to?

   We are looking to support CA SiteMinder r12 in the October Event Source Update (ESU).   That ESU will be released on or around the first week of November.
