I'm trying to integrate one device but for some reason every time I'm getting 'Unknown' device in envision. I tried different way of putting the header and message in the XML definitions but not sure where I'm going wrong. I'd really appreciate if some one can help me in putting the XML document in correct way. I have attached the logs file. Thanks in advance..
