Thank you for replying to my post!  I have been working with RSA support for a rather long time and stll have not successfully imported logs from Siteminder to EnVsion.  I can get the logs to EnVision but the logs are still read in as unknowns.  RSA support won't help because this is an unsupported device. 

I have been dropping the files in the /etc/devices/siteminder folder on the LC, DB and App servers?  Is that correct?  If that is, I suspect something is incorrect in my Universal File Reader Definitions.  What do you recommend?
